Senior Class of 2025 at The "Great" James Madison HS

As we enter the final stretch of the school year, we’re excited to share the important dates and details for the Class of 2025 senior activities at The "Great" James Madison High School! Please review the information below carefully and mark your calendars:

Senior Checkout –  Wednesday May 14, 2025

Senior Last Day:  May 16, 2025

You will receive some of the following items:  Cap & Gown, Panorama/Class Pictures, T Shirts (Yearbooks will be mailed to you)

D&B – We will be attending Dave & Buster’s this Friday, May 16, 2025, so please come by room 045 to get a permission slip.  No permission slip, no attendance.  Please be at the school at 9am, we will depart at 9:30am.  And will return to campus at 2pm.

Celebration Station – May 20, 2025, 12-5pm  (Not fully approved via the district but in process highly likely.  Senior personnel, office personnel, and principals are working extremely hard to communicate with district personnel to complete the entire process of contracts and buses.) Please come by room 045 to get a permission slip.  No permission slip, no attendance.  Please be at the school at 11am, we will depart at 11:30am.  And will return to campus at 5pm.

Epic Waters – May 23, 2025, 9am-3pm (Not fully approved via the district but in process highly likely.  Senior personnel, office personnel, and principals are working extremely hard to communicate with district personnel to complete the entire process of contracts and buses.)  Please come by room 045 to get a permission slip.  No permission slip, no attendance.  Please be at the school at 9am, we will depart at 9:30am.  And will return to campus at 3pm.

Baccalaureate – May 25, 2025, 3:00pm @ St. Luke Community United Methodist Church        Please see Mr. Wright or Mr. Russell for details

Graduation Rehearsal – Please be at Madison at 10:00am, buses will depart at 10:30am, and will arrive back at Madison at 1:30pm.

Graduation Tickets – Each graduate will receive 10 electronic tickets by accessing GoFan website by entering your student ID number.  Tickets will not be accessible UNTIL ALL graduate are certified by Principal Russell.  Deadline to submit graduates is May 20, 2025.  After which, graduates will be notified via remind app, parent call out, and campus website on the process to access tickets.  Any additional “Promised” tickets will be distributed via principals or office personnel.  See Mr. Russell or Mr. Wright.

GRADUATION – Arrive by 7:55am, processional walk-in starts promptly at 9am.  If you are late, you will not be able to enter the floor area.
