Mock Trial

Mock Trial is a fun and challenging way to provide students, both in public and private schools, with an operational understanding of the judicial system and legal processes. The mock trial is a popularly accepted educational experience because by participating in and preparing for a mock trial, students develop useful knowledge about good communication skills, critical thinking, quick analysis and oral advocacy. Also, members of the legal profession have the opportunity to share their knowledge and experiences with the participants in the mock trial. Students have the opportunity to participate in a district, regional and even national Mock Trial competition and may become eligible for certain scholarships and internships.
