Parent Survey
Dallas ISD is asking parents to let us know their opinions about their children's schools and other topics that will help us improve schools and the district overall. You can share your opinions by responding to the 2022 Parent Survey.
TO SHARE YOUR OPINION:
1. Click on this link 2023 Parent Survey
or scan the OR code
2. Choose your language
3. Choose the school and enter your child's student ID number (the number can be found on a report card or in your student's information in Parent Portal)
4. If you have more than one child in the same school, enter the student ID number of the oldest child (fill out only one survey per school)
5. Answer and submit the survey
6. If you have children at more than one school, please follow the steps for each of the schools

Dallas ISD está pidiendo a los padres que nos hagan saber sus opiniones sobre las escuelas de sus hijos y otros temas que nos ayudarán a mejorar las escuelas y el distrito en general. Puede compartir sus opiniones respondiendo a la Encuesta de Padres de 2022.
PARA COMPARTIR TU OPINIÓN:
2. Elige tu idioma
3. Elija la escuela e ingrese el número de identificación de estudiante de su hijo (el número se puede encontrar en una boleta de calificaciones o en la información de su estudiante en el Portal para padres)
4. Si tiene más de un niño en la misma escuela, ingrese el número de identificación del estudiante del niño mayor (complete solo una encuesta por escuela)
5. Responde y envía la encuesta
6. Si tiene hijos en más de una escuela, siga los pasos para cada una de las escuelas Si tiene alguna pregunta sobre cómo se utilizarán sus comentarios, puede llamar al 972-925-3505. Si experimenta dificultades técnicas con la encuesta, envíe un correo electrónico al equipo de la encuesta en surveyresearch@dallasisd.org.
